Rodents
Roof Rat
Can enter holes one-half inch in diameter or larger. They enjoy heights and climb on power lines and trees to get on roofs. Their damages to roofs and electric wires can be extensive are costly.
Norway Rat
Dig and gnaw to gain entry into buildings and foundations causing damage. Outdoors they live in shrubs and uncut grass. Carry various diseases that can be transferred to humans.
House Mouse
Can gain entry through a dime sized crack to seek shelter. Will eat almost anything. Their droppings and urination can cause food poisoning and lymphocytic choriomeningitis
Deer Mouse
Build nest inside furniture, mattresses, and food storage areas. They are attracted to vegetation outdoors. Known to carry dangerous diseases that spread through mouse parasites or contaminated food.
