Keaton Durham

Hybrid Technician

Licensed in Core Pesticide Application

Keaton Durham is a dependable and easygoing member of the LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control team. He began as an Exclusion and Remediation Technician and now primarily works in Pest Control, while continuing to assist with exclusion and remediation when needed.

Keaton holds his Core Pesticide License through the Indiana State Chemist Office (ISCO) and has developed a strong understanding of general pest behavior, treatment methods, and how to effectively protect homes from infestations. He is hands-on, quick to learn in the field, and committed to doing quality work that solves problems for clients.

Known for his friendly attitude and consistent work ethic, Keaton is someone both clients and coworkers enjoy working with. He’s always ready to jump in, stay productive, and represent the LadyBug standard of service with professionalism and kindness.

Outside of work, Keaton has a creative side. He enjoys birdwatching, especially observing raptors like kestrels, and takes an interest in bonsai trees. He’s also into fashion and is known for always having himself and his kids dressed to impress. Keaton brings a cool, calm energy to every day and continues to grow his knowledge in the pest control industry.

Jaclyn Ricci

Founder & CEO

Licensed in Structural Pest Control and Nuisance Wildlife

Jaclyn Ricci is the founder and CEO of LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control. Resilient, relentless, and resourceful, she built the company from the ground up with no formal business training, only her background in sales, an unwavering drive, and a willingness to figure it out one step at a time. What began as a way to support her family quickly became something far greater: a mission to build a company that creates opportunity, sets a new standard for service, and raises up the next generation of pest and wildlife professionals.

In the earliest days of LadyBug, Jaclyn spent time riding alongside her husband Johnny as he tackled the fieldwork and built out the service side of the business. She soaked up everything he was learning and used it to create the systems, structure, and strategy that would guide the company’s growth. Today, Jaclyn is known across the team for her deep love of process and her obsession with detail. From proposals to reports to client communication, she believes every small piece matters, because details are what make the work excellent.

Jaclyn holds her 7A Structural Pest Control License through the Indiana State Chemist Office (ISCO) and her Nuisance Wildlife Control License through the Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR). While she doesn’t work in the field, she leads LadyBug’s operations and long-term vision with a fierce commitment to quality, education, and innovation.

She is actively involved in the industry, speaking and contributing on a national level. Jaclyn has spoken on communication at the AAC Distributing Conference and led a NWCOA webinar on realtor relationships. She is a proud member of the National Wildlife Control Operators Association (NWCOA), the Indiana Pest Management Association (IPMA), the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), and Women in Pest Control. She also serves on the planning committee for the Purdue Pest Management Annual Conference and the IPMA Wildlife Committee, working to shape the future of the industry both locally and nationally.

Jaclyn has attended multiple PestWorld and National Wildlife Control Expo conventions, along with several other national training programs. Her love for this industry is unmatched. She is constantly learning, improving, and pushing forward, always thinking about what’s next for the company, the clients, and the people who make it all work.

She is passionate about education at every level, for herself, her team, her clients, and her community. She partners with local high schools to offer internship opportunities, introducing students to hands-on careers in pest and wildlife control. She believes that empowering people with knowledge builds trust, drives results, and creates lasting impact, whether she’s training a team member, coaching a client, or helping a young person discover their future.

Her leadership is grounded in loyalty and drive, and she is deeply invested in helping her team grow both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, Jaclyn enjoys cooking for her family, riding side-by-sides, and spending her days with her dogs, Alligator and Duck, who come to work with her every single day. Watching her son Jadin grow alongside the company has been one of the greatest joys of her life. She loves this work, this team, and this industry with everything she has, and she’s just getting started.

Johnny Ricci

Owner

Licensed in Nuisance Wildlife, Structural Pest Control, and Termite Control

Johnny Ricci is the original mind behind LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control’s wildlife and pest divisions. As Co-Founder, he built the entire field side of the company from the ground up. He taught himself how to trap, exclude, perform hand removals, complete remediation work, and select every product and tool the team still uses today.

He holds licenses in 7A Structural Pest Control, 7B Termite Control, and Nuisance Wildlife Control through the Indiana State Chemist Office (ISCO) and Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Johnny is also Bat Standards Certified through NWCOA and has attended multiple national training events, including PestWorld 2023, the NWCOA Wildlife Expo in 2021, 2023, and 2025, and Purdue’s Annual Pest Management Conference in both 2022 and 2023, keeping his expertise sharp and current with industry standards.

Creative, direct, and solution-focused, Johnny has a rare ability to look at a problem and immediately see how to fix it. He’s a no-nonsense kind of guy who gives clients honest answers, real timelines, and long-term solutions—no sugarcoating, just results. Whether it’s climbing a steep roofline, entering a tight crawlspace, or handling aggressive wildlife, Johnny handles it all with grit and confidence.

Outside of work, Johnny loves cleaning the shop and garage, riding side-by-sides through Kentucky and West Virginia, and cracking open a Coors Light at the end of a long hot day. While he is a man of little words, he’s incredibly proud to work alongside Jaclyn and Jadin, building something meaningful together.

Favorite Pest Fact: Cockroaches can live for a week without their head, which is why they are one of the toughest pests to eliminate without professional treatment.

Nancy Becker

Bookkeeper

Nancy Becker is the quiet powerhouse behind LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control’s financial operations. As the Bookkeeper, she brings unmatched reliability, precision, and organization to the team, managing everything from vendor payments and check deposits to monthly financial reports and tracking expenses.

Nancy has been with LadyBug for nearly three years and is known for being incredibly detail-oriented and fiercely dependable. Nothing gets past her, and her ability to stay ahead of every task makes her an essential part of the company’s long-term growth and day-to-day stability. Her calm presence and thoughtful approach help keep the office grounded, and her behind-the-scenes support ensures that the team in the field can stay focused on delivering great service.

She’s deeply committed to her work and takes pride in helping a mission-driven company like LadyBug operate smoothly. Whether she’s resolving a billing issue or running quarterly reports, Nancy handles it all with grace, speed, and accuracy.

Outside of work, Nancy enjoys spending time with her family, cooking up incredible meals, some of which have become legendary among the LadyBug team, and decorating her home for the holidays. She also looks forward to the Indianapolis 500 every year and never misses a chance to celebrate race weekend in true Indy fashion.

Favorite Wildlife Fact: In Indiana, black rat snakes often enter homes through small foundation gaps while searching for rodents, making proper exclusion essential for preventing both pest and predator problems.

Joshua Alter

Hybrid Technician

Licensed in Nuisance Wildlife, Structural Pest Control, and Termite Control

Joshua Alter has been with LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control for over four years and is known for his steady presence, strong work ethic, and deep field knowledge. Whether he’s solving tough exclusion problems or climbing steep roofs to find hidden entry points, Joshua brings professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail to every job he takes on.

He holds licenses in 7A Structural Pest Control, 7B Termite Control, and Nuisance Wildlife Control through the Indiana State Chemist Office (ISCO) and Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Joshua has completed Working at Heights Safe Practices (W.A.H.S.P.) training, earned certification through the Get Bent Academy metal fabrication course, and has attended both Purdue’s Annual Pest Management Conference in 2022 and 2023, as well as PestWorld 2023, where he continued building his expertise in pest control, wildlife exclusion, and structural vulnerability assessment.

Joshua is especially skilled at identifying hard-to-spot entry points, diagnosing complex pest and wildlife issues, and delivering high-quality, long-term solutions. He’s calm under pressure, thorough in the field, and always ready to get the job done right.

Outside of work, Joshua and his wife Anastasia own Barbell Fitness Club in Pittsboro, Indiana. He enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and applying the same discipline from his military service and fitness background to his work in the field.

Favorite Wildlife Fact: Bats are often misunderstood but are actually docile, non-aggressive creatures that prefer to avoid human interaction altogether.

Aubri Steele

Marketing Director & Client Services Representative

Aubri Steele is the creative engine behind much of LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control’s branding, content, and marketing strategy. As both Marketing Director and Client Services Representative, she brings a rare blend of artistic vision and professional precision to the team. 

Her keen eye for detail makes her the perfect fit for this dual role. Whether she’s designing handouts, reviewing content, or building digital campaigns, Aubri ensures everything she touches is clean, consistent, and communicates the message clearly. She has a natural ability to spot what needs to be refined and to transform complex topics into content that connects with clients in a simple, visual, and memorable way. 

Through digital design and social media, Aubri has helped LadyBug find new ways to communicate with clients—from educational graphics and online engagement to brand materials used in the field. Her creative insight helps bridge the gap between the service experience and client understanding, making her a valuable voice in both marketing and client care. 

Outside of LadyBug, Aubri runs her own business, Aubri Steele Photography, where she travels the country capturing high-speed action in motocross photography. She also serves as LadyBug’s in-house photographer, creating team headshots, jobsite photos, and marketing visuals. 

Aubri is known for her original ideas, over-the-top creativity, and passion for producing content that is both visually engaging and educational for clients and the community.

Favorite Pest Fact: Groundhogs can move over 700 pounds of dirt when digging a single burrow, which can weaken foundations and damage landscaping if not properly controlled.

JD Hawks

Hybrid Technician

Licensed in Nuisance Wildlife and Core Pest Control

JD Hawks is a skilled Hybrid Technician at LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control, where he works across both pest control and nuisance wildlife exclusion. Known for his quick learning and sharp problem-solving skills, JD has quickly become a trusted team member in the field, delivering reliable, professional service to clients throughout Central Indiana.

He holds a Nuisance Wildlife Control License through the Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and a Core Pesticide Certification through the Indiana State Chemist Office (ISCO). JD has also completed the Get Bent Academy metal fabrication course and attended the 2025 NWCOA Wildlife Expo, where he expanded his exclusion knowledge and technical skills through hands-on training and industry workshops.

In early 2025, JD relocated to the Greenwood area to help establish LadyBug’s second location. His dedication to the company’s mission and his consistent performance have made him an important part of LadyBug’s continued growth.

Outside of work, JD enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and spending time with his chinchilla named Charlie.

Favorite Wildlife Fact: Vermiculite is an excellent insulator, but when contaminated with asbestos, as some older sources are, it can pose serious health risks.

Jadin Ricci

Hybrid Technician

Licensed in Structural Pest Control and Nuisance Wildlife

Jadin Ricci has been part of LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control since the very beginning. At just 14 years old, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, he stepped in full-time to help launch the business alongside his parents, Jaclyn and Johnny Ricci. From day one, Jadin has been hands-on in shaping the company and has grown into one of its most valuable team members.

He holds his Core and 7A Structural Pest Control Certifications through the Indiana State Chemist Office (ISCO) and a Nuisance Wildlife Control License through the Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR). He has completed Working at Heights Safe Practices (W.A.H.S.P.) training and the Get Bent Academy metal fabrication course. Jadin has also attended the NWCOA Wildlife Expo in 2025 and Purdue’s Annual Pest Management Conference in both 2022 and 2023, building a strong foundation of technical knowledge and field insight.

Today, Jadin serves as a skilled Hybrid Technician, lending his experience across pest control, nuisance wildlife removal, and remediation work. He is known for his strong work ethic, creativity, and problem-solving ability, often stepping up without being asked and delivering results with confidence and care. His commitment to growth and excellence continues to push LadyBug forward.

Outside of work, Jadin enjoys custom vehicle painting and side projects that showcase his creativity and craftsmanship.

Tanner Wethington

Wildlife Field Technician

Tanner Wethington is part of the Wildlife and Exclusion team at LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control, where he is actively building his skills in nuisance wildlife removal and structural exclusion work. With a strong interest in hands-on learning and a commitment to doing the job right, Tanner has quickly become a dependable presence in the field.

He has completed the Get Bent Academy metal fabrication course, where he learned the fundamentals of custom metalwork and precision sealing, an essential skill in exclusion work. Tanner continues to develop his technical knowledge each day through direct field experience and mentorship from senior technicians.

Tanner is known for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. He’s eager to absorb knowledge, contribute to the team, and deliver thorough service to clients. Mentors like Ethyn and Austin have played a key role in his growth, and Tanner credits the family-like team culture for helping him succeed.

Outside of work, Tanner enjoys playing basketball and never leaves without his water cup. Fun fact—he can only partially see out of his right eye, but it’s never slowed him down on the job.

Favorite Wildlife Fact: Raccoons will eat just about anything they can get their hands on, which makes them one of the most adaptable animals we encounter in the field.

Isaac Schafer

Wildlife Technician

Licensed Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator

Isaac Schafer is a Wildlife Field Technician at LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control, where he is gaining hands-on experience in nuisance wildlife removal, exclusion work, and structural repairs. Isaac joined the team with a strong interest in animal behavior and construction, and he’s quickly built a reputation for his craftsmanship, willingness to learn, and care for doing the job right.

He holds a Nuisance Wildlife Control License through the Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and has completed both Working at Heights Safe Practices (W.A.H.S.P.) training and the Get Bent Academy metal fabrication course, which provided hands-on instruction in precision sealing and custom metalwork, key skills in advanced wildlife exclusion. Isaac continues to add to his technical toolbox as he grows in his role.

Isaac takes pride in his work and is already contributing meaningfully to the team, including successfully trapping his first raccoon and helping seal homes against future animal intrusions. He is known for his focus, craftsmanship, and strong communication. Clients feel at ease with his respectful, confident presence, and his teammates value his quiet drive and steady growth.

Outside of work, Isaac enjoys spending time with friends and driving, and when the moment’s right, he can land a backflip.

Brandi Steele

Administrative Director

Brandi Steele is a driving force behind the operations at LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control. She joined the company two years ago as a Bookkeeper and quickly grew into the role of Administrative Director, now overseeing essential business functions including payroll, inventory, insurance, compliance, and company-wide systems.

Brandi is decisive and results-focused, with a sharp eye for detail and a relentless drive to make things better. She brings structure and clarity to every task, helping LadyBug grow with consistency and control. Her high standards and steady leadership ensure that the team and business stay aligned and moving forward.

Brandi works closely with ownership, serving as a daily thought partner in strategy and operations. From early morning talks to end-of-day wrap-ups, she’s deeply invested in shaping LadyBug into the best it can be—for the team, for clients, and for the future of the company.

Whether she’s managing financials, solving operational challenges, or supporting the team, Brandi gets things done quickly, thoroughly, and without distraction.

Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and jokes that she was a race car driver in a past life, which perfectly matches the speed and intensity she brings to her role.

Favorite Pest Fact: Only female mosquitoes bite, making them the real reason behind those itchy summer evenings.

Cameron Whitesell

Scheduling Coordinator

Cameron Whitesell is the kind of team member every company hopes to have—hardworking, kind, endlessly positive, and deeply committed to excellence. As the Scheduling Coordinator at LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control, Cameron is responsible for mapping out technician schedules, optimizing routes, and ensuring clients are served efficiently across Central Indiana.

Coming from a background in retail, Cameron joined LadyBug seeking a career he could truly be proud of. He quickly immersed himself in our scheduling systems and developed an entirely new approach to route optimization, which became one of the most impactful operational improvements in LadyBug’s history.

Cameron is not only a fast learner, he’s also one of the proudest members of the team. His genuine love for the company and its mission is felt in every conversation, every schedule update, and every event he attends.

In addition to scheduling, Cameron serves as LadyBug’s Networking Coordinator, representing the company at ribbon cuttings, business events, and community functions. He’s an active member of eight Chambers of Commerce across Central Indiana, helping build partnerships and promote awareness of LadyBug’s pest and wildlife solutions.

Outside of work, Cameron enjoys volunteering in the community, spending time outdoors, and soaking up the sunshine. Oh—and he’s an identical twin, which always gets a smile when he introduces himself at events.

Favorite Pest Fact: Raccoons have the strength of a 5-year-old child and can carry up to 10 pounds. They also love to sunbathe when the weather’s right.

Hollee Burgett

Proposal & Job Coordinator

Hollee Burgett plays a central role at LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control as the Proposal and Job Coordinator, bringing a unique blend of construction knowledge, pest and wildlife expertise, and a strong insurance background to the team. After starting in Client Services, she quickly transitioned into a leadership role where she now oversees the preparation of quotes, reports, and job setup for pest control and wildlife solution services.

Hollee specializes in helping homeowners navigate insurance claims when animals have caused structural damage. With years of experience in the insurance field, she understands what documentation adjusters need and works closely with clients to ensure reports meet the requirements for homeowners insurance coverage. Whether it’s bat infestations in attics, raccoon damage, or rodent-related contamination, Hollee provides the reports and quotes needed to support claims and get work moving.

She also creates detailed service reports used in real estate transactions, home sales, warranty coverage, and insurance documentation. These reports are based on technician findings and are tailored to clearly communicate what was found, what is needed, and why it matters.

Hollee’s commitment to accuracy, clarity, and client education makes her a key part of how LadyBug delivers seamless, professional service. She continues to expand her knowledge of pest behavior, wildlife exclusion, and home construction, making sure every proposal reflects real solutions that protect homes long term.

When she’s not reviewing inspections or finalizing reports, Hollee enjoys spending time outdoors and staying connected to the natural world.

Leo Dickson-Sharp

Pest Solutions Technician

Leo Dickson-Sharp is a Pest Solutions Technician at LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control, providing high-quality general pest control services to residential and commercial clients across Central Indiana. He is known for his calm presence, attention to detail, and professional approach to every job. Leo takes pride in delivering thorough, thoughtful service that helps protect homes and build client trust.

He holds a Core Pest Control Certification through the Indiana State Chemist Office (ISCO) and has received hands-on field training alongside experienced technicians. Leo is committed to continually expanding his pest knowledge and technical skills, learning everything from application techniques to insect behavior in real-time.

Amanda Myers

Customer Service Representative

Amanda Myers brings energy, curiosity, and a strong commitment to client care in her role as a Customer Service Representative at LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control. With a natural interest in pest and wildlife behavior, Amanda enjoys the fast pace and variety that each day brings.

She is quick to learn new systems and processes, and she confidently supports the team by helping schedule services, manage client accounts, and provide accurate information about pest control and wildlife solutions. Brant West brings extensive experience and a deep technical understanding of pest biology and chemical application to his role as a Field Technician at LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control. With a long-standing background in the pest control industry, Brant joined the LadyBug team ready to contribute his knowledge and elevate service in the field.

He holds both a 7A Structural Pest Control License and a 7B Termite Control License through the Indiana State Chemist Office (ISCO), and he continues to stay current with best practices and treatment strategies through ongoing learning and collaboration. Brant is especially skilled at identifying insect behavior, applying targeted chemical treatments, and offering reliable solutions that work.

Known for his calm demeanor and focused mindset, Brant consistently delivers thorough, detail-driven service to clients. Shannon Faulkner

Shannon Faulkner supports the LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control team as a Customer Service Representative, assisting with weekend client communication and scheduling. She helps ensure that clients receive prompt responses and clear information related to pest control and nuisance wildlife services.

With a background in customer service and a detail-oriented mindset, Shannon contributes to the team’s commitment to high-quality service and dependable communication.

She loves expanding her knowledge of insects, rodents, and wildlife behavior, and enjoys learning how LadyBug protects homes and solves complex pest issues across Indiana.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, warm weather, and crafting seasonal front door wreaths.

Favorite Pest Fact: Woodpeckers often peck into wood to reach carpenter bee eggs, adding a surprising role to their behavior in nature.

Patrick Hart

Hybrid Technician

Licensed in 7A Structural Pest Control, 7B Termite Control, and Nuisance Wildlife

Patrick Hart brings a sharp eye and steady presence to the Pest Control division at The LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control. He began his career in the Exclusion and Remediation department, spending his first year sealing homes and restoring safe, healthy environments. From there, he transitioned into pest control, steadily building his expertise across a wide range of pest issues.

Patrick holds a 7A Structural Pest Control License and a 7B Termite Control License through the Indiana State Chemist Office (ISCO), along with a Nuisance Wildlife Control Permit from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR). He has also completed Working at Heights Safe Practices (W.A.H.S.P.) training, gaining OSHA-compliant skills in ladder, lift, and fall protection safety. His professional development includes attending Purdue’s Annual Pest Management Conference in both 2022 and 2023, as well as PestWorld 2023, where he expanded his knowledge of pest control innovations and industry standards.

With over four years at The LadyBug, Patrick has become a go-to resource for his teammates—offering support, sharing knowledge, and helping uphold the high standards the company is known for. His direct communication style, attention to detail, and dependable work ethic make him a key contributor to the success of the pest control team.

Outside of work, Patrick is a proud family man with two young daughters who already share his love for LadyBug—it’s not uncommon to see them in company gear, cheering him on. He enjoys woodworking, bourbon tasting, and spending quiet time at home with his family.

Favorite Pest Fact: Ants are social insects, working together in colonies to survive and support each other, just like a great team.

Logan Northcott

Hybrid Technician

Certified in Core Pest Control and Nuisance Wildlife Control

Logan Northcott brings a rare combination of skill, positivity, and dedication to LadyBug Pest & Wildlife Control. He began his journey in the Exclusion and Remediation department, spending 2.5 years sealing homes and restoring safe, healthy spaces for families. That experience laid the foundation for his transition into a hybrid technician role, where he now handles both pest control and nuisance wildlife removal with precision and care.

Logan holds a Core Pest Control Certification through the Indiana State Chemist Office (ISCO) and a Nuisance Wildlife Control Permit through the Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR). He has also continued building his expertise through professional development and hands-on training, including attending Purdue’s Annual Pest Management Conference in 2023 and the NWCOA Wildlife Expo in 2025, where he completed specialized wildlife and exclusion coursework. Logan also earned a custom metal fabrication certification through Get Bent Academy, and completed Working at Heights Safe Practices (W.A.H.S.P.) training, an OSHA-compliant course covering ladders, lifts, and fall protection systems for safe access to elevated areas.

His hands-on experience and growing technical knowledge help deliver reliable and thorough service across every job. He is known across the team for always having a smile on his face, showing up every day in the best mood, and bringing unmatched energy to his work. Logan is a hard worker, a true team player, and someone who has invested years into mastering his craft.

He is proud to be part of the team voted Indy’s Best Pest Control for the past five years and sees LadyBug not just as a company, but as family.

When he is not protecting homes, Logan enjoys riding side-by-sides and spending time with his family.

Favorite Pest Fact: Squirrels’ teeth never stop growing, which is why they are constantly chewing. That makes sealing entry points even more important in preventing damage.
